We confirm the price and completion date before printing.

Approve and choose payment
Approve the proof or request changes in your private tracker. After approval, pay the $5 deposit—or pay the full quoted total.

Book your pickup
When your topper is ready, open the tracker to choose a 15-minute pickup window in Transcona, Winnipeg. If you paid the deposit, the remaining balance is due at pickup.

Tap “I’m here”
At the pickup location, open your private tracker and tap “I’m here” to notify Jonathan. Follow the entrance instructions and wait there after checking in.

How quickly can my topper be ready?
Standard lead time is 3 days. Rush requests depend on availability and add $10 CAD within 24 hours or $5 CAD for 1 to 2 days.
How does payment work?
Ready-designed toppers are $10 each and can be paid for at pickup by cash or e-transfer. After you approve a personalized or custom proof, pay a $5e-transfer deposit or the full quoted total. For a standard custom topper at $20, the deposit leaves $15 due at pickup. Private payment instructions appear in your order tracker when payment is due.
Can I send a picture for reference?
Yes. Upload it with your request. We’ll create a printable interpretation and send a mockup for approval.
What colours are available?
There are currently 32 available colours, including metallic looks, neutrals, bright shades, and pastels. Screen colours are approximate.
Is the topper edible?
No. It is a decorative 3D-printed item. Do not eat it. Keep it away from heat and handle the stakes carefully.
Do you ship?
No. Orders are currently available for pickup in Transcona, Winnipeg.
