Choose your design, colour, size, and quantity. We confirm the price and completion date. When it is ready, book a pickup appointment and pay by cash or e-transfer.

When your topper is ready, open the tracker to choose a 15-minute pickup window in Transcona, Winnipeg. If you paid the deposit, the remaining balance is due at pickup.

Questions before you order.
Which kind of topper should I choose?
Ready designs are existing designs from $10 each, with your choice of colour and size. Personalized toppers are $15 each and let you change the fields offered by that template, such as a name or age. Choose a custom topper (from $20) for a new design, different wording, graphics, or lettering style.
How quickly can my topper be ready?
Our standard target is 3 days from your request, subject to availability and prompt proof approval and payment where needed. We confirm the completion date before production. Dates use Winnipeg calendar days. Custom and personalized requests add $10 CAD for next-day completion or $5 CAD for 2 days away; 3 or more days carry no rush fee. Ready designs add $10 CAD per topper for next-day completion only.Pickup is booked separately once your topper is ready.
How does payment work?
Ready-designed toppers are $10 each and can be paid for at pickup by cash or e-transfer. After you approve a personalized or custom proof, pay a $5e-transfer deposit or the full quoted total. The remaining quoted balance is due at pickup. Production starts after approval and payment. Private payment instructions appear in your order tracker when payment is due.
Will I see the design before it is printed?
Yes, for personalized and custom toppers. You receive a private proof to approve or request corrections before printing. Personalized orders keep the pictured template; changes beyond its available options need a custom request. Ready designs use the product preview and do not need a separate proof.
How do I choose the size?
Enter your cake diameter for a suggested topper width, or choose an exact width. The complete topper, including stakes, can be up to 12 × 12 inches. For personalized and custom orders, the proof confirms the final proportions.

Can I send a picture for reference?
Yes. Custom requests accept up to 5 reference images, up to 10 MB each (JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, or HEIF). We create a printable interpretation and send a proof for approval.
Where and when can I pick up my order?
Pickup is in Transcona, Winnipeg, during evenings and weekends, by appointment. When your topper is ready, book an available 15-minute pickup window in your private tracker. The exact address and arrival instructions are shared privately. Shipping is not currently available.
What are the toppers made from?
Our toppers are made from plant-based PLA plastic and can be kept and reused. They have not undergone food-contact certification. If you prefer, you can wrap the stake (or any part touching the cake) in cling wrap, aluminum foil, or another suitable food-contact material. Remove the topper and any wrapping before serving.
How do I clean and reuse my topper?
Clean gently with mild soap, lukewarm water, and a soft cloth. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Keep away from candle flames, hot water, dishwashers, and hot cars. Store clean and dry for reuse.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible through your private tracker or email. Changes, cancellations, and any refunds are assessed individually based on how far the order has progressed.
